  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product or service information.
  • Help create promotional materials and assist in marketing campaigns to boost sales.
  • Track sales performance metrics and suggest improvements for sales processes.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite is required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in related fields is a plus.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
  • Problem-solving skills to effectively address client needs and queries.
