Overview Of The Role:

• The Sales Assistant is responsible for driving sales and ensuring excellent customer service. They are tasked with maintaining a clean and organized store environment, meeting store presentation standards, and assisting in a variety of operational duties assigned by store management. The role aims to create a positive shopping experience for customers and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  
  

What You Will Do:

General

• Generate sales while delivering a positive customer experience.
• Maintain store standards and cleanliness to create an organized environment.
• Greet customers immediately with a sincere and energetic attitude.
• Provide customers with relevant information about products.
• Offer efficient service in the fitting rooms and promptly follow up with customers.
• Ensure efficiency and cleanliness at the cash wrap, promoting gift cards, and capturing customer information.
• Thank customers sincerely upon exiting and invite them to return.
  
  

Required Skills To Be Successful:

• Excellent customer service skills to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
• Ability to maintain store cleanliness and organization standards.
• Strong verbal communication skills for effective customer interaction.
• Proficient in using computer-aided design tools for store visuals and planning.
  
  

What Qualifies You For The Role:

• High School Degree required.
• 1-2 years of retail sales experience.
• Proficient in using CAD tools like AutoCAD, Sketchup, Illustrator, or Photoshop for creating visuals.
• Possess good verbal communication skills and the ability to perform some heavy lifting and stand for a minimum of 8 hours.
