Overview Of The Role

As a Sales Assistant at Toys R Us, you help create a fun and welcoming shopping experience for children and families. You support daily store operations, assist customers, and help drive sales while keeping the store organized and ready at all times.

Customer Experience

What You Will Do

• Welcome customers and create a friendly, positive first impression
• Engage with children and families in an energetic and approachable way
• Provide clear product information and help customers choose the right items
• Handle transactions and thank customers as they leave
  
  

Sales Support

• Support the team in achieving daily sales targets
• Suggest additional items and promote offers when relevant
  
  

Store Operations

• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Support stock replenishment and basic store tasks
• Follow store procedures and safety guidelines at all times
  
  

What you will need:

• Friendly and energetic personality
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working with children and families
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Basic English communication
