Overview Of The Role:

• As a Sales Assistant, the primary goal is to drive sales while ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. The role involves maintaining a clean and inviting store environment, greeting and assisting customers with enthusiasm, and efficiently managing sales transactions. Success in this role is achieved through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and adherence to operational standards set by the store management.
  
  

What You Will Do:

Store Environment

• Maintain store standards and cleanliness to ensure a sparkling clean and organized environment.
• Adhere to dress code and create a positive first impression for customers with an energetic attitude.
  
  

Customer Service

• Greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile and sincere greeting.
• Provide customers with current and relevant product information.
• Provide quality service in fitting rooms and follow up with customers in a timely manner.
• Sincerely thank all customers for shopping as they exit the store, inviting them back.
  
  

Sales Transactions

• Provide efficient service at the cash wrap, including offering gift cards and maintaining cleanliness.
• Attempt to add on to sales and capture customer information in the database.
  
  

Required Skills To Be Successful:

• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and build customer loyalty.
• Product knowledge and the ability to explain product features.
• Efficiency in handling sales transactions and maintaining store standards.
  
  

What Qualifies You For The Role:

• High School Degree or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in retail sales.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for a minimum of 8 hours.
