Job Description

The Sales and Operations Supervisor is a pivotal role within our team, dedicated to optimizing sales processes and enhancing operational efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily sales operations to ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Develop strategies to improve sales productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate between sales teams and operations to ensure seamless process integration.
  • Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Train, mentor, and provide feedback to team members to boost performance.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations within the team.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales and operational performance to management.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement innovative solutions.
  • Manage budgetary aspects and allocate resources effectively to meet business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings to align sales and operational strategies diligently.
  • Resolve any customer issues or conflicts promptly, maintaining high satisfaction levels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in sales and operations management, is essential.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving process improvements.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make sound decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications is necessary.
