Job Description

The Sales and Operations Supervisor is a dynamic and pivotal role within our organization that ensures the seamless integration of sales and operational activities to meet business goals. This position requires a strategic thinker with the ability to lead a diverse team, driving them towards achieving sales targets and operational efficiency. This role involves close collaboration with the sales and operations teams, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing process improvements. The supervisor needs to balance multiple priorities and are responsible for maximizing productivity and efficiency whilst maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day sales and operational activities to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the sales and operations teams to reach their full potential.
  • Coordinate between sales and operations to ensure smooth workflow and information sharing.
  • Implement strategies to improve sales and operational processes and productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide team efforts and decisions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales and operational metrics and forecasts.
  • Identify and resolve issues that could impede productivity or customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively for projects and initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives that enhance the customer experience and operational workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations across sales and operations activities.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Operations, or a related field is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a sales or operations management role is preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to motivate and lead diverse teams.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to drive strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and ERP systems to optimize sales and operational processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
