Retail Operations

  • Monitor locally the data cleansing / preparation related to any Gemini updates, new systems or Looker improvements etc.
  • Be on top of the planned activities to ensure a smooth Kick-Off like cycle counts, stock labelling, inventories accuracy, Training of the stores team etc.
  • Development of Process flow and writing of training materials for new joiners (wholesale & retail). Actively giving feedback with concerned functions during all phases of the project.
  • Actively participating in the testing sessions & ensure proper knowledge on the processes and the tools to train the end users.
  • Support retail teams with operations tasks like procurement, vendor creation, extension and PR, PO requests to ensure smooth processes.
  • Support new locations openings with topics related to Operations, Payments, POS trainings, shipments, transfers, procurement etc.
  • Arrange regular trainings to refresh the teams knowledge on POS, BOH systems and be available if any support is needed from retail teams.
  • Support with any stock issues, cycle counts or inventories investigations.

Sales & Wholesale Admin

  • Creating, Invoicing and Placing Wholesale Orders & Re-orders.
  • Creating new partners / accounts on SAP with accurate information.
  • Collecting Product Master data info each season to be Compliant with local regulation in ME.
  • Updating the Customer Master data into SAP.
  • Ensuring product allocations and tracking of deliveries, follow-ups and resolution of any claims linked to order or delivery
  • Managing return to vendor processes.
  • Following any payment issue with Accounting team and editing Credit/ Debit memos
  • Sharing weekly reports with commercial teams and deliveries updates with partner’s supply chain teams.
  • Formalizing and updating business procedures.
  • Participating into continuous improvement projects (SAP, RPA, etc…)
  • Working closely with all internal and external customers so as to deliver the best-in class customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in sales administration, ideally in the luxury fashion environment.
  • Great sense of initiative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Experience in Supply Chain is mandatory.
  • Fluent English is required, Arabic speakers are preferred due to the requirements of the role.
  • SAP (SD) and Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • Structured, autonomous, hands-on and able to manage priorities.
