A Sales and Marketing Executive holds a pivotal role in the business sector, responsible for driving company revenue through effective strategic planning, management, and marketing of products and services. A successful Sales and Marketing Executive continuously seeks new ways to bring life to a company’s products, whether by refining the actual product offering, improving the way it'd marketed, or enhancing any related customer services. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, creativity, and an in-depth understanding of the targeted demographics. Working to understand the company's customers, and then making plans with that insight, is key in achieving the desired outcomes.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales and marketing metrics to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to optimize cross-functional integration and efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key industry partners and customers.
  • Develop and manage the seed-to-sale pipeline for new and existing clients.
  • Implement a feedback mechanism to continually enhance the service/product offering.
  • Prepare detailed reports on marketing strategy optimizations and returns.
  • Deal with complex sales situations and provide solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Attend industry seminars and conferences to improve market knowledge and networking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing strategy development and execution.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders and partners.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales and marketing metrics.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and customer relationship management software.
  • Ability to deliver presentations with appeal to large and varied audiences.
  • Adequate knowledge of market research methodologies and data analysis.
