Job Description

The Sales and Marketing Director plays a pivotal role in driving a company's revenue streams through the development and implementation of strategic marketing and sales plans. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • A minimum of 8–10 years of experience in sales and marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing diverse teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed business decisions.
  • Experience in digital marketing techniques and social media marketing strategies.
