Sales and Marketing Associate

We are a Dubai-based training institute and the UAE franchisee of a well-established multinational child education company, offering a range of educational and skill-development programmes for children.

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-driven Sales & Marketing Associate who can actively promote our courses, attract parents, generate leads, and drive student registrations and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, comfortable with direct customer interaction, and capable of independently planning and executing sales and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Student Enrolments

• Promote and sell our training programmes directly to parents and prospective customers.
• Respond to enquiries, explain course benefits, follow up with leads, and convert enquiries into paid registrations.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Build strong relationships with parents and maintain regular follow-ups to maximize enrolments.

2. Marketing & Promotional Campaigns

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate enquiries.
• Conduct on-ground promotional activities, including flyer distribution, promotional stalls, community outreach, and local marketing initiatives.
• Visit schools, nurseries, and other relevant institutions to introduce our programmes and explore collaboration opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to promote our courses through school events, community events, and other outreach activities.

3. Digital & Social Media Marketing

• Promote courses through social media platforms and digital communication channels.
• Create and coordinate engaging promotional content, offers, and campaigns to attract parents.
• Respond to enquiries through WhatsApp, social media, and other online channels, and convert leads into registrations.
• Explore new channels and creative ideas to expand our reach among parents in the UAE.

4. Lead Generation & Reporting

• Proactively identify potential customers and develop a database of prospective parents, schools, and institutional contacts.
• Make follow-up calls, arrange meetings, and maintain consistent communication with prospects.
• Maintain an organized database of enquiries, leads, follow-ups, and registrations.
• Submit weekly sales and marketing reports to management, including leads generated, conversions, campaign performance, and progress against targets.

Requirements & Skills

• Previous sales and marketing experience in the UAE is preferred.
• Experience in the education, training, kids’ activity, or similar industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, WhatsApp marketing, and digital promotional activities.
• A proactive, outgoing, and target-oriented approach with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to conduct field marketing, visit schools, distribute promotional materials, and meet prospective customers.
• Strong follow-up, organizational, and reporting skills.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages commonly spoken in the UAE are an advantage.

Compensation

Salary + performance-based sales incentives.
