About the role

We are seeking a commercially minded UAE National to support our growth and development in the UAE. This is a relationship-led business development role focused on expanding our local presence, building trusted connections, and creating opportunities for the company.

The Business Development Consultant will use their professional network, knowledge of the UAE market, and understanding of the local business environment to identify relevant organisations and stakeholders. They will facilitate meaningful introductions, arrange meetings, and help the company develop long-term relationships with prospective clients and strategic partners.

Key responsibilities:

• Use professional networks and market knowledge to identify opportunities and arrange meaningful introductions and meetings

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, strategic partners, and other relevant stakeholders across the UAE

• Work with company leadership to identify priority organisations, sectors, and relationship-building activities

• Represent the company professionally and conduct all activities ethically and in accordance with applicable laws and company policies

Candidate profile:

• Experience in business development, partnerships, client relations, consulting, government relations, or a related field

• An established and relevant professional network within the UAE

• Strong understanding of the UAE business environment and local commercial practices

• Confident and credible when communicating with senior stakeholders

• Strong relationship-building, interpersonal, and presentation skills

• Commercially aware, proactive, and able to work with limited supervision

• Professional fluency in Arabic and English is preferred

Success in this role will be demonstrated through the development of valuable professional relationships, the quality of introductions and meetings arranged, useful insight provided to company leadership, and the creation of credible partnership and business opportunities
