  • Prepare sales and marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
  • Manage social media accounts and help in content creation for online platforms.
  • Support the development and maintenance of customer relationships and sales outreach.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical marketing material inventories.
  • Attend industry conferences and trade shows to represent the company professionally.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing departments as needed.
  • Assist in the creation of promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts, suggesting improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to company goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and other relevant tools.
