Sales and Marketing Assistant

We specialize in sourcing and supplying copper and aluminium raw materials and components to industrial clients and strategic partners.  The Sales and Marketing Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the sales and marketing department of a company. We are seeking proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Assistants to support our regional business development efforts in the Middle East. The ideal candidates will have B2B sales experience, strong lead generation capabilities, and preferably a background in selling copper and aluminium raw materials or components.  This position is responsible for executing various tasks to ensure the seamless integration of both sales and marketing strategies, which are essential for driving the growth and success of the business. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and have excellent communication skills. They will be involved in managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating marketing campaigns, assisting in the development of sales strategies, and improving client relationships. This role acts as a bridge between the marketing and sales teams, ensuring that both departments work in sync to achieve the company's goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify B2B leads across the Middle East region for copper and aluminium products. 
• Support the sales team in managing client accounts and maintaining relationships.
• Prepare sales reports and marketing analysis for management review.
• Coordinate meetings, sales events, and trade shows for the sales team.
• Maintain sales and marketing materials, ensuring they are current and accessible.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and content.
• Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and industry news.
• Assist in the development of pricing strategies and sales forecasts.
• Manage customer databases and ensure all client information is current.
• Respond to inquiries from clients and provide information about products and services.
• Support the social media strategy by updating and monitoring platforms.
• Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions.
