Job Description

As a Sales and Customer Service Executive, you will be the key point of contact between our company and clients. Your primary role is to generate and close sales leads while delivering exceptional customer service. This position demands a confident, results-driven individual with a knack for understanding customer needs and translating that into business success. Responsibilities

  • Ensure all sales and customer service communications are accurately documented and reported.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and present solutions to potential customers effectively.
  • Monitor competitor activities and stay informed about industry market trends.
  • Train and guide new sales and customer service employees in company processes.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, driving company success.
