Job Description

The Sales and Admin Trainee plays a critical role in supporting the sales and administrative functions of a company. Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing company events, sales meetings, and training sessions.
  • Manage the filing and retrieval of important documents and records securely.
  • Help track sales targets and prepare reports for management review.
  • Learn and use CRM software to input and manage sales data effectively.
  • Process and handle customer inquiries and direct them to appropriate channels.
  • Support the team in market research and analysis for potential sales opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all tasks performed.
  • Participate actively in training sessions to acquire new skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on detail.
  • Strong communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and environments quickly.
  • Previous experience in sales or administration will be considered a plus.
