Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in Dubai real estate
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Strong sales mindset with target-driven attitude
- Understanding of the Dubai property market is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and close property sales and rental deals
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate terms and finalize transactions
- Coordinate with the admin team for contracts and paperwork
- Keep up to date with market trends and inventory
