Job Objectives

The Account Manager (Closer) is responsible for guiding clients through the debt settlement process, offering tailored financial solutions based on their financial situation. This role includes client qualification, explaining program options, handling objections, and finalizing enrollments. By fostering trust, clear communication, and maintaining compliance, the Account Manager plays a vital role in helping clients achieve financial stability through successful debt resolution solutions.

Responsibilities And Duties

  • Client Consultation & Qualification
  • Review clients ’financial situations to assess eligibility for loan alternatives or debt settlement.
  • Conduct personal loan searches and determine qualification outcomes.
  • Client Proposal & Program Pitching
  • Educate clients on creditworthiness, explain loan denial reasons, and present debt settlement as a

solution.

  • Collect hardship details and tailor program proposals accordingly.
  • Objection Handling & Overcoming Barriers
  • Address client concerns about costs, risks, legal implications, and the debt settlement process.
  • Provide clear and confident explanations to convert leads to enrolled clients.
  • Enrollment Process & Documentation
  • Confirm enrollment details, payment plans, and banking information.
  • Ensure completion and accuracy of all required documentation.
  • Outbound & Inbound Communication
  • Follow up with leads and clients via outbound calls, SMS, and email.
  • Respond promptly to inbound client inquiries and requests.
  • Performance Monitoring & Compliance

Track and maintain KPIs such as lead conversion rate, enrollment rate, objection handling success, and document accuracy.

  • Ensure adherence to industry and company compliance standards.

Core Requirements

  • Education & Academic Background:
  • Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or a related field. We value candidates who combine academic discipline with commercial drive.
  • Proven Sales Milestones:
  • Verified Track Record: 2–5 years of experience in a closing role. You must be able to demonstrate proof of past performance (e.g., hitting specific revenue targets, being a top-ranked performer in your previous firm, or maintaining a high conversion percentage).
  • Communication & Shift Work:
  • Linguistic Mastery: Native-level fluency in English. You must be able to build rapport and sound natural to a US-based audience.
  • US Shift Alignment: Ability to work US business hours (night shift) from our Dubai office.

(The "Pluses") Preferred Qualifications

  • US Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the US credit system or financial services is a significant advantage.
  • Bilingual: Spanish language proficiency is highly valued.

  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for sales and helping clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong listening ability and objection handling skills.

Technical Requirements

  • Experience with sales processes, CRM tools, and outbound sales communication.
  • Ability to analyze client financial data and prepare tailored program proposals.
