The Role

As a Secondary Sales Property Advisor, you’ll focus on Dubai’s thriving resale and ready-property market. This commission-only role is designed for ambitious professionals who want uncapped earning potential and the backing of a premium global brand.

What You’ll Do

Represent and sell ready and secondary market properties across Dubai

Build long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors

Conduct property valuations, viewings, and negotiations

Provide expert market insights to help clients make informed decisions

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in real estate sales, ideally within Dubai’s secondary market

Strong negotiation and communication skills

A results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset

Established network of buyers, sellers, or investors is an advantage

Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred
