Job Description

Welcome customers and understand their product needs to guide informed purchase decisions.
Present fashion products clearly, explaining relevant features and available options.
Deliver a courteous sales service that encourages customers to return.
Maintain product displays and the sales floor to support an organised customer journey.
Monitor product availability on the shop floor and raise replenishment needs promptly.
Process customer purchases accurately and handle routine sales enquiries.
Keep product knowledge up to date to provide clear and reliable advice.
Follow store procedures when handling products, customer information and transactions.

The Successful Applicant

Must be a UAE National
Customer-facing sales capability and the ability to understand customer requirements.
Confidence presenting fashion products in a clear and helpful way.
Ability to provide accurate product information during customer conversations.
Experience maintaining tidy product displays and sales areas.
Ability to manage purchase transactions carefully and accurately.
Awareness of stock availability and replenishment needs on the shop floor.
