Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Account Manager located in Dubai. The Sales Account Manager will oversee client accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, and address any inquiries or concerns. Responsibilities include lead generation, fostering and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. The role also involves achieving sales targets, presenting company products/services, and providing excellent customer service to maximize client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in sales, account management, or a similar role is preferred
  • Experience in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities
  • Ability to meet sales targets, work collaboratively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with data networking solutions and related technologies is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and fostering long-term relationships with clients
  • Exceptional Communication skills to build and maintain rapport with clients and team members
