Job Role
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager/Sales Engineer located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Account Manager/Sales Engineer will be responsible for customer satisfaction, account management, customer service, lead generation, and effective communication.
Job Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers/accounts by understanding their needs, goals, and challenges. Serve as the main point of contact for any inquiries or issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts by analyzing customer needs and proposing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive sales growth. Regularly engage with clients through meetings, presentations, and networking events to strengthen relationships and develop new business opportunities. Work together with internal teams, such as presales, and Technical, to prepare the proposals and ensure smooth sales processes.
Skills
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: Minimum of two years of sales-related experience managing key enterprise accounts. Prior experience working in an IT/AV systems integration company.
Language Skills: English (Mandatory); Arabic Speaking and other languages (Optional)
Must be currently in UAE.
