Job Description

The Sales Account Manager - Property 05D25 is a key role at our real estate firm, acting as the primary point of contact for our clients within the property sector. This individual will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients, seeking new business opportunities, and providing exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires someone with a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to negotiate and close sales deals. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying potential new clients, developing business pitches, and presenting proposals to grow our client base. Your ability to build and maintain strong client relationships will be crucial, along with maintaining an up-to-date understanding of market trends and property values.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and company objectives.
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, maintaining high-level client relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the property market to expand the client base.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and agreements in compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and met.
  • Track and report on sales activities, providing accurate forecasts and performance metrics.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to enhance company visibility and engage potential clients.
  • Resolve client queries and issues promptly and effectively to maintain satisfaction.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of current property market trends and changes.
  • Provide feedback to management on client needs and competitive landscape insights.
  • Ensure all client interactions are documented and records are meticulously maintained.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for client tracking.
