We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and account management, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction by managing and nurturing key accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective sales strategies, as well as negotiate and close deals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that client requirements are met and business goals are achieved. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and research.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to showcase company products and services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze sales data to monitor performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Work with customer support teams to address and resolve any client issues promptly.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote company offerings.
  • Track all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and account management, with a strong track record.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data effectively.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is required.
