Job
Responsibilities
1.Ensure
compliance with UAE local regulations (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees) and
international standards (OSHA, ISO).
2.Develop
and implement project-specific HSE plans.
3.Conduct
risk assessments, hazard identification, and regular site inspections.
4.Provide
safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness training.
5.Report
and investigate accidents, near misses, and occupational injuries.
6.Prepare
and practice emergency response procedures.
7.Enforce
the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
8.Support
audits and inspections by authorities or third parties.
9.Maintain
HSE documentation and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports.
10.Promote
a strong safety-first culture on site.
Job
Requirements
1.Bachelor’s
degree in Engineering, Safety, or related field.
2.NEBOSH
/ IOSH / OSHA or equivalent safety certification (mandatory).
3.Minimum
3–5 years’ HSE experience in the construction industry (UAE/GCC experience
preferred).
4.Strong
knowledge of UAE local safety regulations.
5.Good
communication and training skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus).
