This position is for a SaaS Sales Representative in a contract-based, hybrid role located in Dubai, with some work-from-home flexibility. The SaaS Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales leads, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, demonstrating the value of SaaS solutions, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role requires consistent communication with prospective clients, managing the sales pipeline, and reporting on sales activities and outcomes.

• Proven skills in SaaS sales, business development, and client relationship management
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
• Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and managing sales pipelines
• Understanding of the recruitment and HR technology industry is a plus
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with flexibility to balance in-office and remote responsibilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
