Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Management

• Develop/manage Integrated Project Plan (timelines/deliverables).
• Portfolio/stakeholder/vendor management; client relationship handling.
• Proactively identify risks/issues/mitigations; overcome change resistance.
  
  

• Engage Clinical Repositories/Registries/EHR teams for feedback/reqs.
• Liaise with Architecture/Standards/Privacy/Security for reqs refinement.
• Ensure go-live readiness (technical/config/workflow).
  
  

• Status reports, deployment tracking, document repository maintenance.
• Contribute to governance/advisory committees.
  
  

• Domains: Electronic health (immunization repository, clinical software, pharmacy/hospital workflows).
• Tools: MS Project, MS Teams.
  
  

• 4-5+ years electronic health projects (clinical software deployment ideal).
• 3-4+ years PM concepts (goals/risk/scope/planning/quality).
• 2-3+ years immunization workflows (pharmacies/hospitals/health records).
• Excellent verbal/written comms/stakeholder engagement.
• Time mgmt/multi-project prioritization.
• Collaboration/conflict resolution.
• Public health/immunization programs/registries exp.
