ABOUT THE FUNCTION

This function is to carry out supervisory duties necessary to safeguard property and to provide a safe working environment, act on matters affecting the security and safety of all properties and Guests. Supervising the daily security operations and activities for the effective management of all aspects of physical security of the assets of Emaar Hospitality Group. The job holder oversees daily activities and operations during the shift, to supervise the outsource security on duty to ensure that security and safety tasks are being done in a timely and efficient manner. To evaluate security operation requirement, prioritize, organize, coordinate work assignments and to delegate task or projects, investigations, inspections, etc.

What You Will Need To Succeed

• Minimum 3 years work experience in security industry or as a security guard. UAE experience required.
• Minimum 2 months documented formal Security Training or 5 years’ experience in similar role in other country including military or law enforcement agencies
• Minimum completion and certificate of 12 years of Secondary Education
