About The Role

Embark on a rewarding journey as the Reward Lead with Reckitt. Craft the blueprint for comprehensive reward programmes across a vast market or a set of markets, nurturing an environment where excellence is recognised and rewarded. Youll ensure our policies not only reflect our dynamic culture but also support our people in achieving their best. With your guidance, Reckitt will continue to be a place where everyone feels valued and motivated to excel.

Your responsibilities

  • Support the annual pay for performance process within the area, advising HR Business Partners
  • Support Annual Performance Plan (Reckitt Bonus Schema) within the region by training HR Business Partners, monitoring the targets setting and payout process and providing advice to managers and employees.
  • Consult and support HR department in any reward related matters
  • Support in analysing compensation and benefits mark trends such as prevalent benefits, salary market movements, regulatory changes, etc.
  • Develop and maintain salary structure following the set annual review process.
  • Provide advice on local benefits and compensation trends.
  • Support the international transfer programs from preparation of job offer to offer acceptance.
  • Manage key service providers.
  • Manage international benefit providers, predominantly medical insurance, international pension administrator and mobility advisors.
  • Provide ad-hoc rewards’ analysis and reports

The experience were looking for

  • Excellent negotiation skill
  • Excellent analytical approach
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelors in business administration or similar
  • Min 5-6 years of work exp in rewards or similar field
  • FMCG experience preferred.
