Why This Role Exists

We are a fast-growing business building our revenue engine in real time. Our CRM sits at the center of growth, sales, and retention. This role exists to make sure it drives revenue, not chaos.

You will own RevOps end-to-end and help shape how the company scales. This is a build-and-own role, not a “keep the lights on” one.


What You’ll Own

  • Revenue operations across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
  • CRM architecture, automation, lifecycle design, and governance
  • Funnel design from lead acquisition through retention and expansion
  • Revenue reporting, attribution, and KPI definition
  • The RevOps roadmap as the company scales


How You’ll Work

  • Operate as the primary RevOps owner in a startup environment
  • Work directly with senior leaders and functional heads
  • Build structure where none exists, then evolve it as we grow
  • Move comfortably between strategy, execution, and troubleshooting
  • Make pragmatic tradeoffs between speed, quality, and scale


What We’re Looking For

  • 4–7 years in RevOps, Revenue Systems, or CRM ownership roles
  • Experience in high-growth or startup environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and clear, direct communication
  • Commercial mindset with hands-on systems experience
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and incomplete information


How You’ll Be Measured

  • Revenue impact driven by RevOps and CRM initiatives
  • Funnel efficiency and sales velocity improvements
  • Adoption and trust in CRM as the revenue system of record
  • Speed and quality of operational execution as the company scales
