2. About the Opportunity:
The Revenue Operations Manager will lead the design and management of the revenue operations infrastructure that supports both SMB and enterprise sales channels. This role is central to aligning sales and marketing efforts, optimizing revenue processes, and building scalable systems. The position involves creating and refining the operational playbook, driving automation through low-code and AI solutions, and serving as a strategic advisor to senior leadership. Success in this role offers the chance to own and expand the revenue operations function.
3. Responsibilities:
• Architect Salesforce configuration to support complex enterprise and high-volume product-led growth users
• Design and optimize lead-to-revenue processes for SMB self-serve and B2B enterprise sales channels
• Collaborate with Marketing to monitor ad-spend efficiency and with Sales to enhance tool adoption
• Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models for Finance and Leadership
• Identify manual process bottlenecks and implement low-code/AI automation solutions
• Manage revenue operations across teams and advise leadership, including VPs and C-suite executives
4. Requirements:
• 8+ years in Revenue, Sales, or Marketing Operations, ideally in high-growth SaaS or fintech environments
• Extensive Salesforce expertise in building scalable flows, objects, and reports
• Experience evolving basic setups into sophisticated, automated systems
• Proven track record managing operations for Product-Led Growth and Enterprise Sales motions
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition, GTM metrics, and OKRs
• Proficiency with low-code tools and AI to automate workflows and deliver measurable results
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
