Position: Revenue Executive

Department: Sales

Location: Riu Hotel, Dubai

🔎 About the Role

As a Revenue Executive, you will play a crucial role in our team, contributing to the overall guest experience and ensuring operational excellence. This role is ideal for a professional with a passion for hospitality.

🌟 What You’ll Do

  • Daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting.
  • Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends.
  • Create and develop pricing strategies in conjunction with the other departments involved as Contracting, Sales and Online
  • Provide weekly dynamic forecast of expected results, variances and budget comparisons.
  • Responsible for assessing, analysing and pricing group business strategies
  • Analyse overall monthly hotels performance and provide summary report with recommendations to improve long-term strategies.
  • Regularly check the input and the quality of data (segmentation, offers tracking, etc…)
  • Responsible for best practice standards to include: competitor analysis; distribution yield management; business mix yield management; length of stay yield management; inventory availability by channel; pricing control, allotments, etc
  • Prepare outline and provide to the process of preparing annual revenue budget

✔️ What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 1 year of experience in sales and/or revenue management in hospitality & tourism.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
  • Education/Certifications: Bachelor's degree or Diploma
