The IHG Hotels at Dubai Festival City consists of four hotels. These include the luxury and lifestyle brand InterContinental, the lavish long-stay InterContinental Residence Suites, the premium Crowne Plaza, and the essentials Holiday Inn & Suites. In addition to over 1,600 rooms, the cluster boasts a selection of 16 restaurants and bars, an impressive 3,800-square-metre Event Centre across two levels, the 5,000-square-metre Festival Arena by InterContinental, the luxurious Spa InterContinental, and state-of-the-art gym and swimming pool facilities. Your day- to -day

  • Prepares for weekly revenue meeting with reports and suggestions to maximize revenue in the outlets. Work closely with Revenue Manager and Revenue Analyst in preparing weekly forecast for Rooms, F&B outlets and C&E.
  • Using the tools provided and in compliance with the IHG standards, maintains, updates and shares information in the areas required, rooms, F&B and C&E revenue Management.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, understand the dynamic of local market and the demand generators, and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Implementing upselling practices to maximize revenue.
  • Under the supervision of the Cluster Director of Revenue co-ordinate the preparation of the Departmental annual budget and work to achieve the budget by monitoring and controlling the departmental operations, considering revenue and expenditure.
  • On an ongoing basis, control and analyse revenue trends to ensure performance against budget/market trends, implementing corrective measures where necessary to produce positive business results.
  • Effectively manage staffing costs by preparing efficient work schedules in line with legal requirements.

What We Need From You

  • A minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in the service or hospitality industry, ideally in Sales &Marketing/ Revenue or a related commercial function.
  • A high level of energy, enthusiasm, and results-driven mindset with an eye for quality and customer focus.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and collaborative, with a team-oriented approach.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to nurture lasting professional relationships.
  • Ambition to grow and eagerness to learn within a global hospitality environment.
  • Sound judgement and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make considered decisions under pressure.
