Revenue Analyst

With 65+ hotels across the region, Millennium is growing fast.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in Revenue and / or Distribution in the hospitality industry, a growth and learning mindset and not be afraid to be challenged.

Job Overview:

This role is pivotal in optimizing our revenue and distribution strategies. Using data analytics, you will enhance distribution channels, improve inventory management, and ensure overall supply chain efficiency. This role involves analyzing metrics, identifying trends, generating reports and providing strategic recommendations.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze data and market trends to optimize regional strategies.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to maximize revenue through effective plans.
• Utilize data analytics tools to assess the performance of channels, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency.
• Evaluate and enhance the performance of existing distribution channels.
• Provide actionable insights from metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing distribution partnerships and explore opportunities for new collaborations.
• Develop and present reports on performance for strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with overall business objectives.
• Stay informed about industry trends in demand and supply chain management.
• Act as a liaison between the regional office and the properties for streamlined distribution and revenue efforts.
