The main responsibility of this job is customer retention. This unit is protecting the bank from losing its home finance customers to another banks

Role holder is responsible for:

  • Retaining Home Finance customers
  • Reducing attrition by monitoring
  • Negotiating and convincing individual customers to continue their relationship with the bank and the organization
  • Answer questions regarding EMI payments
  • How a particular product works
  • What type of support is available, and so on.
  • Creating reports
  • MIS data
  • SharePoint Management

Education & Skills

  • Graduate or MBA
  • Core banking systems (CRM / Way 4 / Finacle/ FinnOne )
  • Core banking systems
  • Team Management
  • Good People Skill
  • Analytical ability
