Job Description

A Retail Trainer is a pivotal role in the retail industry, responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and performance of retail staff. This position requires a deep understanding of retail operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and engage employees at all levels. The Retail Trainer works closely with store managers and HR teams to identify training needs, design tailored training sessions, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.

  • Work closely with HR to align training initiatives with company objectives and policies.
  • Assist in the development of e-learning modules and digital training resources.

  • Organize regular skill development workshops and seminars for retail employees.
  • Address and resolve any training-related issues or challenges that may arise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in retail operations or a similar training role is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse audiences effectively.
  • Ability to design and deliver dynamic and impactful training sessions for employees.
  • Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple training programs simultaneously.
  • Adept at using technology and digital tools for developing training materials.
  • Flexibility to travel to various retail locations for on-site training delivery as needed.
