About The Role
We are looking for a results-driven Retail Team Lead / Area Supervisor to oversee field execution within an assigned region, leading and developing a team of Sales Experts (SEs). This role is responsible for driving sales performance, managing day-to-day field operations, and overseeing escalations within the region, while ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.
As the primary owner of field execution in your territory, you will act as the key point of contact for your team and regional operations, partnering closely with the Field Manager to deliver consistent results.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Team Leadership & Regional Oversight
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Experts within your assigned region
Set clear goals, conduct regular check-ins, and manage performance through ongoing feedback and reviews
Drive accountability and performance across the team, addressing gaps and implementing corrective action plans
Support team engagement through recognition, incentives, and team-building initiatives
Sales Performance & Execution
Own the delivery of retail sales performance within your region, ensuring KPIs and targets are consistently met
Monitor individual and team performance, identifying trends and performance gaps
Motivate and guide the team to meet and exceed sales objectives
Training & Coaching
Support onboarding of new hires, including product knowledge and field protocols
Deliver ongoing in-field coaching, shadowing, and skill development (e.g., objection handling, closing techniques)
Reinforce consistent messaging, best practices, and alignment with company priorities
Field Operations & Regional Management
Oversee and manage day-to-day field operations within your region, including scheduling, route planning, and coverage
Ensure adherence to call plans, visit schedules, and company policies (attendance, compliance, uniform standards)
Manage and resolve field-level operational issues, including retailer concerns, access challenges, and team-related issues
Ensure accurate and timely submission of reports, time tracking, and required documentation
Escalations & Stakeholder Support
Act as the primary escalation point for field-related issues within your region
Resolve day-to-day retailer and operational concerns, escalating more complex issues to the Field Manager as needed
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and stakeholders within your territory
Represent company standards and brand expectations consistently in-market
Communication & Reporting
Serve as the main point of contact between Sales Experts and the Field Manager for your region
Share insights, performance updates, and field feedback to support broader business decisions
Ensure clear, consistent communication across your team and leadership
What You Bring
3–4+ years of retail sales, field leadership, or territory management experience
Proven ability to lead, coach, and manage the performance of field-based teams
Strong sales acumen with a focus on driving results and execution
Experience managing regional operations, scheduling, and field logistics
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to operate independently and take ownership of a territory
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Additional Requirements
Access to a reliable vehicle (required)
Willingness to travel within the assigned region
