Overview Of The Role:
The Retail Sales Representative plays a crucial role in generating sales and enhancing customer experiences within Al Futtaim Watches & Jewellery stores in the UAE. With a focus on presenting merchandise appealingly and ensuring customer satisfaction, the representative supports store operations by organizing stock displays and maintaining high service standards while managing daily store functions. Success in this role is reflected through the ability to meet sales goals, manage the checkout process efficiently, and maintain a clean store environment. The representative actively participates in store meetings and collaborates with management and peers to execute operational tasks smoothly, embodying the brands commitment to quality and customer engagement.
What You Will Do:
General
Maintain store standards and cleanliness to create a tidy and organized environment.
Provide high-level customer service, assisting and advising customers professionally.
Create a positive customer impression through energetic attitude and adherence to dress code.
Assist with store operations, including opening, closing, and management coverage.
Train new staff on Point of Sale (POS) operations and manage corrective actions at POS.
Ensure in-store compliance with pricing and ticketing procedures to prevent loss related to incorrect pricing.
Offer efficient service at the cash wrap, promoting gift cards and updating customer database.
Thank customers sincerely and invite them back upon exit.
Participate in and attend store meetings and related functions.
Represent a positive attitude towards merchandise, brand, and company.
Participate in inventory processes.
Complete duties assigned by management, meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Demonstrate punctuality and adherence to work schedules.
Show flexibility and collaboration with peers and management.
Follow company policies and procedures fully.
Perform housekeeping duties as required.
Required Skills To Be Successful:
Strong verbal communication skills.
Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely.
Capability to stand for extended periods (minimum 8 hours).
Customer service expertise with a friendly personality.
What Qualifies You For The Role:
High School Degree.
3-5 years of retail sales experience.
Proficiency in verbal communication.
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for at least 8 hours.
An eye for fashion trends and a friendly demeanor.
