Job Description

The Retail Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving sales through the identification and engagement of potential customers, as well as by fostering positive relationships with existing clients. This role involves promoting and selling retail products or services in various locations such as stores, kiosks, or online platforms. Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure continued customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events as required.
  • Mentor and train junior sales staff to ensure a consistent team performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in retail sales or a customer-facing sales environment.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong ability to understand and anticipate customer needs and market trends.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications is advantageous.
