Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

In-Store Sales & Front Desk: Assist customers with their inquiries, process transactions, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming storefront.
Live Selling: Host regular, scheduled live-selling sessions on our Live sessions Social media platforms to showcase products, answer viewer questions in real-time, and drive online sales.
Content Creation: Plan and shoot engaging social media promotions, short videos, and Reels to boost brand awareness and highlight new arrivals.
Inventory & Admin Support: Keep track of in-store stock levels and coordinate with the team to ensure product availability.

Skills

Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication abilities.
Camera Confidence: A strong presence on camera, with the ability to host engaging live sessions, present products clearly, and maintain high energy.
Experience in Retail Sales and a solid understanding of Product Knowledge.
Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Exceptional Customer Service skills with a proactive, sales-driven mindset.
Experience in hosting engaging live sessions or a strong passion for social media interaction.
Basic familiarity with social commerce and related platforms (Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook etc.).
Fluency in English is required; additional languages and Arabic is a plus
Prior experience in a similar retail or customer-facing role is preferred.
Flexibility to work on-site and availability to work on during peak seasonal time.
Candidate who can join immediately.
