The Retail Operations Executive is a crucial position within a retail organization, responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective management of the company's retail operations. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is required.
  • Proven experience in retail operations management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw conclusions.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence and sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of retail management software and business processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
