Job Description

The Retail Operations Executive plays a critical role in driving the success and seamless operation of retail outlets. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for customer service. The executive will oversee the day-to-day management of retail operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years experience in retail operations management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a retail team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and develop strategies for retail success.
