We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Jewelry Retail Sales Associate with minimum 3-5 years of experience in the gold and diamond jewelry industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales skills, a passion for jewelry, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing gold and diamond jewelry, providing expert advice and information on products.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends, designs, and features of the jewelry pieces in the store.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues or concerns.
• Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store, ensuring jewelry displays are attractive and well-organized.
• Perform regular inventory checks and assist in inventory management.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay informed about the competition and market trends to provide feedback and suggestions for store improvements.
• Adhere to all safety and security policies to prevent loss and ensure a safe shopping environment.

• 3-5 years of experience in retail sales, specifically in gold and diamond jewelry.
