About The Opportunity

Operating in the Consumer Goods & Retail sector across the United Arab Emirates, this role supports fast-paced, customer-facing store operations focused on exceptional in-store experience, accurate transactions, and compliance with local retail regulations. We are recruiting an on-site Retail Cashier to maintain checkout efficiency, cash accuracy, and high customer satisfaction in our UAE outlets.

Position: Retail Cashier (On-site, UAE)

Role & Responsibilities

• Operate the store Point-of-Sale (POS) system to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash, card, and mobile payments; maintain balanced cash drawer and perform daily cash reconciliation.
• Issue receipts and invoices, process refunds, and follow established refund/return policies to protect revenue and customer trust.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at checkout; resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to store management.
• Maintain a clean, organized checkout area and support merchandising or light stock tasks as directed (tagging, restocking, basic cycle counts).
• Follow loss-prevention, health & safety, and UAE retail compliance requirements; report discrepancies and irregularities promptly.
