Job Description

As a Retail Banking Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of expanding our bank's customer base and enhancing customer satisfaction through personalized service and financial solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business by identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable banking products and services. You will engage with customers in both retail settings and through proactive outreach, building strong relationships that foster trust and loyalty. Your knowledge of financial products and adeptness at meeting sales targets will drive both your success and the success of the bank. As you work closely with various teams to provide top-notch service, you will be instrumental in implementing sales strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and ultimately contributing to the bank's growth objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and schedule meetings to discuss banking options.
  • Analyze client financial information to recommend suitable banking products.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of banking services with potential clients.
  • Provide thorough information about financial products and services to clients.
  • Reach out to existing customers to offer new banking products and services.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with branch staff to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Ensure all customer interactions comply with internal and external guidelines.
  • Participate in professional development activities to stay updated on industry trends.
  • Organize and conduct presentations and workshops for potential clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven sales experience in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of bank products, financial markets, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills required for this role.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs.
  • Valid driver's license required for travel to client sites.
