The Retail Account Manager is a vital role within the retail industry, focused on managing relationships with key retail clients and ensuring the delivery of top-notch service and solutions. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present business proposals and performance reports to clients.
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review progress and address concerns.
  • Support marketing initiatives and participate in promotional activities as needed.
  • Track competitor activities and share insights to refine strategic approaches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of account management experience in the retail sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a solid understanding of contract management.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports for clients.
  • Familiarity with retail industry trends and competitive landscape awareness.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
