  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with product placement guidelines and branding standards.
  • Train retail staff on product features, benefits, and sales techniques to enhance customer experience.
  • Execute business plans that align with organizational and sales objectives, driving profitability.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with retail partners to ensure fair agreements.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions in a timely manner to maintain productive relationships.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Retail Account Manager or similar role in a related industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, store visits, and industry events as required.
