Restaurant Supervisor All Day Dining - Holiday Inn And Suites Dubai Science Park

Which is why we’re searching for a new Restaurant Supervisor confident in leading the team to deliver unforgettable experiences through a warm welcome, seamless coordination, and exceptional service from opening to closing and beyond.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Leading the restaurant team to deliver high standards of service with our signature flair
• Supervising daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and professional service
• Training, mentoring, and motivating team members to exceed guest expectations
• Handling guest feedback with confidence, resolving concerns promptly and professionally
• Coordinating with the kitchen and other departments to maintain seamless communication
• Managing shift schedules, delegating responsibilities, and supporting staffing needs
• Monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimising waste
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
• Supporting the Restaurant Manager with reporting, performance monitoring, and achieving financial targets
• Taking on ad-hoc duties to keep service running smoothly at all times
  
  

What we need from you:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality leadership role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the confidence to make decisions under pressure
• A good grasp of reading, writing, and basic maths for reporting and stock control
• The flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Compliance with local laws on food handling and serving alcohol
• The ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift items up to 50lbs (23 kg)
• Great communication skills – warm, welcoming, and professional at all times
