Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a restaurant or operations manager within a similar environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation are essential.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software, point-of-sale systems, and Microsoft Office.
