Restaurant Manager

This on-site role requires a commercially driven leader who can operate busy outlets, lift guest satisfaction, and protect margin in a multicultural environment.

Primary Title: Restaurant Manager

Location: United Arab Emirates | On-site

Role & Responsibilities

• Drive daily restaurant operations to ensure consistent guest experience, timely service, and adherence to brand standards.
• Manage P&L drivers: control food, beverage and labour costs; implement actions to meet monthly targets and maximise profitability.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training and performance management for front-of-house and back-of-house teams to maintain productivity and morale.
• Oversee inventory, ordering and supplier relationships; enforce stock rotation and waste-control procedures to reduce shrinkage.
• Operate and optimise POS and cash processes; perform daily cash reconciliation, sales reporting and cycle counts.
• Ensure full compliance with HACCP and UAE health & safety regulations; maintain SOPs, audits and corrective-action follow-ups.
