Restaurant Manager - All Brands

Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under its umbrella – SALT, Parker's, Somewhere, Public, Soil, Shalwa and Kumo.

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and achievement of business targets. The role requires strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to motivate teams while maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to brand standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to achieve operational and service excellence.
• Monitor sales performance, labor costs, food costs, and operational KPIs.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences through high service standards and effective complaint resolution.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
• Conduct regular floor checks and ensure consistency in service quality.
• Manage staff scheduling, productivity, and performance.
• Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and events to drive sales.
• Maintain effective communication with kitchen, front-of-house, and support teams.
• Prepare operational reports and provide insights to improve performance.
  
  

• Minimum 5 years of F&B experience, with at least 1 year in a Restaurant Manager role.
• Proven experience managing high-volume restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
